Our Story
Sea Scape Properties started with a simple conviction: a beach getaway should feel as effortless as the tide. Located on the Causeway that connects Wrightsville Beach to the mainland, our properties offer a quiet threshold between road and sand — close enough to hear the ocean, far enough to hear yourself think.

We're centrally located for exploring the wider area: Carolina Beach to the south, Wilmington's riverfront to the north, and the Intracoastal Waterway just beyond our door.
